As a result, now the passive protection of MAZDA cars, in their terms of body safety, very much resemble the Stuttgart company Mercedes-Benz. After its modernization, the new body at the Japanese car manufacturer increased its stiffness by about 30%. This also became possible due to the fact that when constructing the body, a special adhesive connection was used in the rear roof racks, as well as the technique of combining point welding and gluing this composition in the area of the rear arches of the car.
