Building carts with one wheel have good maneuverability. They easily pass along narrow paths and boards. Their unloading is also quite simple — the load can be dropped by simply tilting the cart forward or sideways. The main disadvantage of single -wheeled carts is their instability, as well as the lack of the ability to control them with one hand, as this leads to overturning the cart.
