The uniformity of the plate is provided by high -tech pressing methods and large chips that have the same size. There are no chips on the edges of the plates, and there are no voids and cracks in the thickness. Small waste of shavings in the production of OSB is not used, therefore, connecting materials in the manufacture is not required a lot. From the entire mass, their share is only two or three percent, that is, the OSB plate is really woody material consisting of almost completely pure wood. At the same time, this pure wood is spent on significant drawbacks — the OSB practically does not burn, is poorly ignited, not subject to fungi and rot.
