Starting from April, tax authorities will be able to more fully evaluate the dynamics of income tax from personal income tax, compare the percentage ratio in the cost of labor costs, indicators of organizations and changes in the volume of payments before and after increasing insurance contributions. If significant deviations are detected by the facts that have opened, control checks will be carried out, the official promised. “Then we will make the appropriate conclusion about the“ schemes ”,” says Daniil Egorov. And in the event of a detection of this kind of schemes, there will be the consequences provided for by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
