Several subjects always participate in construction that perform certain activities. In a broad sense, the following can be distinguished:
Investor — a person investing his own or borrowed funds in construction. The investor’s activities can be divided into developers, when the investment is accompanied by the purpose of subsequent profit, and shared construction, when the funds of citizens are involved in the construction.
