If we consider the problems of the issue of an affordable mortgage program, then the key problem is precisely in «accessibility». For most of our compatriots, interest rates and requirements for this program are practically unbearable. A similar situation can also be observed in the savings market: most Ukrainians simply do not get their own earnings in order to subsequently postpone their certain part to acquire residential real estate. In this regard, we can draw a logical conclusion regarding the fact that residential real estate for the acquisition of most of our compatriots remains inaccessible.
