The issue of transferring repair work to tenants has been discussed for more than two years in the Housing and Public Utilities Fund and the Ministry of Regional Development. The idea of the law is to introduce mandatory deductions for overhaul for owners of apartments living in all houses. It should be noted that the state of housing construction on payment does not affect. The funds received will be sent to the regional budget. At the same time, the sequence of repairs and the list of work performed will determine the local authorities independently. It is planned to first put the old housing in order, then proceed to the rest, more new houses.
