After the Mazda company separated from the Ford concern, the first thing that was to do this automobile manufacturer was to develop a new platform and a family of new engines as cheaper, which would meet Euro-6 standards. This was necessary to begin the process of creating new generations of “treshki” and “six”, as well as begin to construct new crossovers. In the conditions of the fact that the manufacturer tried to save on almost everything, the Japanese helped their ingenuity.
