At the same time, the members of the Kirovograd City Council decided to transfer the specified plot for lease use without confirming and not making a decision regarding its withdrawal from using the park, as provided for by law. For such withdrawal, coordination with the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada is required. In the contract itself, a problematic land plot takes place as a land plot for public and residential buildings, despite the fact that the actual decision regarding the change in the intended purpose of the natural -preserved area of the city council did not previously accept.
