Residents of the city positively evaluate the state plans in this direction, but at the same time complain that for the period of 15 years on which it is necessary to take a loan, in the country it can be completely radically changed. Dnepropetrovsk simply has no hope, and most importantly, trust in the Ukrainian and city authorities. Therefore, participation in the state program is found in the order of exclusion.
