Initially, we clean the floor of the balcony of dirt and garbage. After that, we arm ourselves with mounting foam and fill all the cracks that can be on the balcony, even vertical. We proceed to laying the beam around the entire perimeter of the balcony — this is how we can prepare the floor for laying the lag. We lay the lags at a distance from each other at 50 centimeters and attach them to the wall using a dowel-grooves. Lags that are located in the middle we attach to the leveling timber using self -tapping screws. After laying, check the entire beam and lags using the level for horizontal and evenness.
