Cold soup made of vegetables
Summer vegetable soup is prepared very simple. For cooking, take 150 (grams) of young carrots, 250 (grams) fresh cauliflower, four tablespoons of fresh or canned peas, 2 cucumbers from the garden, one testicle, three tablespoons of sour cream, sugar, lemon juice or citric acid, greens and spices to your liking.
