The Government of Armenia adopted a number of decisions regarding the customs sphere. According to the press service of the Government of the RA, in particular, a decision was made to allocate customs authorities to exercise economic rights in relation to some goods transferred for responsible storage and considered direct objects of violations of customs norms or smuggling. Customs authorities received the right to register personnel of customs services both as a reserve and excluding them from the reserve. The list of documents submitted for the appointment in the customs service, the procedure for holding a competition for a vacant position in the customs service, criteria for nomination of candidates to the competitive and certification commissions, personnel and charter of customs services, as well as the procedure and conditions for the trajelers of the customs services of the probationary period.
