Pen -renewal production
For the production of foam concrete, prepared foam with a solution is mixed. In volume, water is dosed for the preparation of foam and the foaming agent concentrate. The resulting solution is mixed and the foaming agent is obtained. Then the foaming agent is placed in a foam generator, as a result of the foam. A prepared mixture of a solution of cement, water and sand is loaded into a concrete mixer. From the foam generator, foam is supplied to the concrete mixer, which is stirred for five minutes. The resulting mixture is poured into special forms to get foam concrete blocks.
