There are a lot of recipes that can provide significant assistance in the treatment of the liver. Here are the simplest of them:
1.Dandelion, or rather jam from it. It is prepared like this: half a kilogram of flowers for a day is poured with water, it is advisable to use cold, but not icy. After that, we drain the water by squeezing the flowers. Pour them again with two glasses of water and put them on the strongest fire that you only have. Boil for 15 (well, or) 17 minutes. A couple of minutes before the end, add the juice and zest of the most ordinary lemon. From the cooled mixture you need to get the flowers and, adding 800-900 grams of sugar, again put on fire. (The best consistency will reach the jam if you cook it 3 times for 7 minutes.)
