If we consider the issues of introducing new changes from a formal point of view, then they should largely contribute to the simplification of the procedure for transferring property rights for all owners of real estate, while it was planned to form additional guarantees of such a transfer. In a promising future, such a development of events will still be observed, and fraudulent real estate transactions will be completely eliminated. It’s just that you need to realize that all this will be observed only in the future and far from the near future. Most domestic experts still hope that common sense will triumph and domestic politicians will delay the implementation of this document. This is quite possible, since the Ministry of Justice has not officially approved the procedure for conducting relevant notarial actions. Therefore, at the moment, notaries simply do not have sufficient authority to register such a transactions plan. It is still unknown how this situation will last long.
