Real estate correspondents on real estate have become known that the Cabinet of Ministers of the country has largely reduced the budgetary part of financing programs regarding the reduction in the cost of mortgage loans for the Ukrainian population. Recall our readers that throughout 2012, state loans were actively implemented on the territory of Dnepropetrovsk. Several families from the region were able to successfully get their own housing. Thus, the Cabinet of Ministers, by its resolution directly from November 28 this year, largely reduced financing the state program regarding the costs of reducing the cost of mortgage loans, which were intended primarily to ensure citizens of Ukraine affordable residential real estate. If earlier about one billion hryvnias were provided for financing this program, then next year it is planned to allocate no more than 370 million hryvnias for these purposes, analysts of the country’s mortgage markets noted.
