In our opinion, it is unlikely that at this stage, in the context of a rapidly developing scientific and technical revolution, the introduction of the scientific organization of labor and the “simple” improvement of the organization of construction production should be shared, since almost all components of improving the organization of work and labor should be based on a scientific basis. Moreover, such a division is unlawful with forecast assessments of prospects for the growth of labor productivity for the period of the 10-12th five-year-olds.
