Last year, almost 3 thousand were allocated in the region. sites for low -rise buildings with a total area of 468 hectares, and already in the first half of this year they provided about 1.5 thousand. sites with an area of 330 hectares. But despite this, in many of the municipal education there are no documents on territorial planning, without which it is impossible to allocate land for such construction.
