The authorities plan to spend free funds in the amount of 43.4 billion rubles on the purchase of housing for participants in the Second World War and military personnel, on the issuance of compensation to citizens of the Chechen Republic who lost housing. About 21 billion rubles will be aimed at the technological re -equipment of the whole list of production. Another 15.6 billion rubles will be allocated for raising salaries for police officers and the fire department in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
