Repair work
Depending on the type of repair (cosmetic or capital), the following work options are provided:
— cosmetic. Includes the cleaning of surfaces (ceiling, walls), priming, puttying, gluing wallpaper on the walls, painting the ceiling with water -based paint, creating an apron from ceramic tiles on the wall above the shell, updating the flooring. It is possible to replace furniture items with more compact options;
