Definitely drinks such as: coffee, tea, cocoa, others. During the diet, use only water: ordinary or mineral (non -carbonated).
If you really want (but not desirable), then add a couple of spots of yogurt or fruit. You can’t eat 4 hours before bedtime, if you have a very impatient to eat, then half an hour before bed you can pamper a kefir (not more than one glass).
